This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales Management to pinpoint key opportunities.
• Accountable for promoting the complete range of Bostik products, including Hardwood, Tile & Stone, Sealants, Resilient & Surface.
• Provide ongoing updates regarding industry advancements and product requirements.
• Prepare Systems for the C&C Business Unit.
• Resolve account issues and facilitate technical solutions for clients.
• Manage and expand Bostik accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce.com as part of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and for daily territory management.
• Implement and execute the Bostik sales market strategy.
• Develop and execute strategies for account management, timely sales reporting, and technical support.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with familiarity in complex sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of the flooring marketplace and industry applications, including conducting product training on job sites.
• Capability to perform hands-on demonstrations with flooring products and lift weights of up to 57 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, organizational agility, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
