• Spearhead initiatives to increase revenues in the automotive, aerospace, and heavy industrial sectors across the United States.
• Oversee and implement all sales and growth targets.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and management of all sales and business development efforts to ensure alignment with regional sales objectives, client acquisition, and business development strategies.
• Fulfill the responsibilities of a company manager in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Protect, promote, and embody Acuren’s values and principles, particularly concerning ethics, integrity, safety, quality, and corporate responsibility.
• Prioritize ensuring clients receive quality services promptly.
• Verify that all contracts include appropriate terms and conditions that meet the minimum criteria defined by Acuren’s Counsel and designated risk management personnel.
• Negotiate with clients or potential clients to amend terms and conditions as necessary.
• Lead the organization’s growth initiatives, including expanding service lines and developing new client relationships.
• Cultivate new clients and service offerings.
• Develop and execute strategies for specific client opportunities.
• Implement location-specific operational and growth plans while actively managing the sales pipeline.
• Prepare competitive bids that secure contracts.
• Support client management through major account oversight (CRM model), identifying new client opportunities, and addressing client concerns.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, and Automotive sectors.
• Experience in heavy industrial casting markets is considered advantageous.
• Background in sales, marketing, and business development within a technical service or product organization.
• Previous knowledge and experience with companies focused on large industrial clients and technical marketing.
• Proven track record with one or more leading global businesses acting as a business partner to senior management in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success in technical, solutions-driven sales targeted at engineering and operational managers in significant industrial firms.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies aimed at a diverse range of customers, from enterprise level to small and medium businesses.
• Experience in effectively managing CRM or related sales systems.
• Evidence of a proactive leadership approach in a high-performance work environment.
• Adequate self-confidence and maturity, strong presentation and persuasion skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and organizational lines.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to foster a results-oriented, team-focused atmosphere.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
• A technical undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
