
Territory Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement approved sales initiatives to meet or surpass sales targets for GCOA products.
• Sustain relationships with existing clients while cultivating new ones to boost sales in the designated territory.
• Maintain regular communication with registered orthodontists, group practices, Orthodontic Service Organizations, and Dental Service Organizations.
• Actively carry out sales strategies to fulfill product sales goals while ensuring acceptable profit margins.
• Keep the CRM, Group Practice, registered orthodontists, and dental service organizations databases and schedules up to date.
• Timely complete all administrative reports, programs, and requests.
• Create and adhere to a block plan within the CRM to maximize efficiency in territory coverage.
• Abide by the principles and practices of the GQM business management system.
• Engage in regulatory compliance activities pertinent to the role.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to understand customer concerns and effectively meet their needs.
• Interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals daily, fostering relationships and networking.
• Confidence and self-assurance to excel in cold-calling customers and closing sales.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in persuasion, to effectively highlight product benefits to potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook email is essential.
