This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.
• The Territory Sales Engineer is tasked with implementing strategic and tactical sales initiatives and generating demand.
• Responsible for overseeing current customer account management and identifying as well as developing new potential customer prospects.
• Establish and effectively execute sales and business development strategies to achieve successful and profitable growth for Benshaw products.
• Maintain strong engagement with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure high levels of post-sales satisfaction, fostering positive long-term client relationships.
• Fully utilize the company's Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Implement demand generation and product promotion initiatives.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture with internal teams to achieve NPS, margin, and market share goals.
• Coordinate and provide product and solution training to key clients, highlighting the unique advantages of the products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, or product marketing within a relevant industry focusing on technology-based products.
• Proven experience with applications and/or commercial aspects of Medium Voltage Drives, Medium Voltage Soft Starters, and Full Voltage Controls.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and comprehend large project and repeat business opportunities.
• Capability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions in both mathematical and diagrammatic formats.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, and legal documentation.
• Proficient in effectively presenting information to senior management, customers, channel partners, and other organizational employees.
• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, based on customer requirements.
