This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Meeting sales targets through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Increasing awareness and educating healthcare professionals on the proper use of products.
• Engaging with potential customers by providing product information and demonstrations.
• Sustaining strong relationships with clients.
• Tracking sales performance against projections and assessing market potential.
• Collaborating with hospital administration and supply chain management.
• Offering insights for the enhancement of marketing initiatives.
• Operating independently to meet set objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of pertinent experience OR more than 8 years of sales experience in an operating room setting.
• A High School diploma is mandatory.
• Proven experience in hospital-based sales within the operating room.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory is highly preferred.
