This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the sales objectives for the Hitachi Energy portfolio within the Vidarbha & Marathwada Territory.
• Engage in business development focusing on technical specifications and fostering customer relationships.
• Advocate for and establish the Hitachi Energy portfolio across various sectors, including Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEMs, and emerging channels.
• Assist channel partners in selling Capacitors, Grid Automation Relays, and Dry DTs.
• Supervise order fulfillment and provide support to the project management team.
• Handle accounts receivable, ensuring payment collections align with forecasts.
• Address customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
• Organize and participate in customer-focused events such as technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in related fields.
• Preferred experience in MV and HV Switchgears, as well as Grid Automation.
• Strong aptitude for Sales & Marketing, including account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a solid customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated success in managing and facilitating change effectively.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, along with the local language.
