This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement the Magnolia Medical sales process with diligence and uniformity.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory, including recognizing new accounts, stakeholders, and internal advocates.
• Establish and nurture robust, multi-faceted relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Area Vice President and Account Executives to execute account strategies that foster conversion and adoption.
• Facilitate in-services, training sessions, and educational initiatives to support product implementation and ongoing usage.
• Examine account-level data (e.g., contamination rates, utilization trends) to pinpoint opportunities and inform strategy.
• Clearly articulate clinical and economic value, including ROI, to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of engagement, including cold outreach, in-person meetings, and follow-up.
• Thoroughly document sales activities, customer interactions, and case data within the CRM system.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of sales experience is required (quota-carrying or highly metrics-driven experience is preferred).
• Familiarity with prospecting, territory development, and pipeline management is essential.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical settings is preferred.
• Background in selling complex or solution-based offerings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
