This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of a significant portfolio of channel partners, identifying, recruiting, and empowering those partners with the ambition and capability to promote Nextiva’s leading CX and collaboration solutions.
• Develop and implement territory strategies that foster partner-led pipeline, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term success through segmentation, prioritization, and tailored go-to-market strategies.
• Establish clear expectations and shared objectives with partners, ensuring they have access to enablement resources, marketing assistance, and technical tools necessary for success.
• Work collaboratively across various functions, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams, to fully enable partners in selling and delivering Nextiva solutions effectively.
• Maintain strong alignment with Channel Sales and field sales leadership, providing consistent pipeline forecasting and surpassing territory revenue targets.
• Conduct meaningful partner business reviews, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance partner performance, accelerate growth, and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advocate and point of escalation for partners, ensuring that internal stakeholders listen and respond to partner feedback and market insights.
• Utilize advanced AI-driven insights to pinpoint high-potential partners, identify whitespace opportunities, and assess risks, transforming data into actionable engagement and growth strategies.
• Collaborate internally to continuously enhance data quality and system usability (e.g., Salesforce), facilitating improved AI-driven decision-making and partner success.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the CCaaS/CX industry.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and retain strategic partners, with a measurable impact on partner-driven growth.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner business and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a solid understanding of partner economics.
• Adaptable, self-directed, and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Energetic professional who is organized, analytical, and driven by strategic growth opportunities.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage partner relationships, assess pipeline health, and monitor sales performance.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to evaluate partner performance metrics (such as win rates, revenue trends, and pipeline opportunities) and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for strategic territory planning and partner prioritization.
