This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic clients.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, challenges, and objectives.
• Discover upsell, cross-sell, and expansion possibilities, working alongside internal teams to develop value-driven solutions.
• Manage renewal processes and negotiate contracts to secure ongoing engagement and account growth.
• Establish and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact, guiding clients through project implementations, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to discuss account performance, ROI, and the value delivered.
• Collaborate with service delivery, marketing, finance, product, and other teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product development, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources and priorities to achieve client objectives and timelines.
• Lead onboarding processes and provide practical, value-oriented training sessions that empower customers to adopt best practices and attain long-term success with Oritain's solutions.
• Maintain an accurate account pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Monitor account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on account data to aid strategic decision-making.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
• Represent Oritain professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to develop, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies like Miller Heiman, Challenger, or MEDDIC.
• Strategic thinker who can align account activities with broader business goals.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel across the US market (approximately 20%).
