Key Account Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Develop yearly retail and net sales strategies for designated accounts

• Manage the operational backend to implement these strategies effectively

• Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle

• Work closely with internal teams to establish performance objectives

• Monitor order fulfillment and address operational queries

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management

• Experience in retail sales operations or commercial data analysis

• Proficient in navigating major retailer portals within retail platforms

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation)

• Solid foundational understanding of inventory and commercial metrics
