This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Build clinical knowledge, access, and sales demand within the long-term care (LTC) sector.
• Proactively engage with LTC facilities and their affiliated business entities on a daily basis.
• Evaluate territory data to create effective targeting and account management plans.
• Foster professional relationships and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Craft and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Oversee and expand existing accounts within the long-term care market.
• Conduct Company business in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Keep detailed call documentation and report on field activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager or in a comparable position.
• Between three (3) to five (5) years of clinically oriented experience in a long-term care environment.
• Experience engaging with skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
• Documented history of demand generation, performance, and success in the Long-Term Care sector.
