This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct live demonstrations for prospective and new clients.
• Transform inbound leads into paying customers.
• Increase revenue from current accounts by identifying upselling opportunities.
• Oversee solution partners and resellers.
• Manage account health comprehensively to ensure client value.
• Ensure CRM data is precise and actionable.
• Keep onboarding and sales documentation up to date.
• Work collaboratively across teams to provide a seamless client experience.
• Track and enhance your own performance through call reviews and conversion rate analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Proficiency in conducting live demos and discovery calls.
• Experience with SaaS contracts averaging $5K+ annually.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts.
• Possess an analytical and consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
• CET-aligned working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
