This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive partner strategy tailored for the India market to meet designated sales objectives (generally “Influenced revenue”/Co-sell and direct revenue).
• Collaborate with partners to broaden partnerships into new strategic domains (new Service Lines and Industry Verticals).
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (typically Partner/Managing Manager).
• Plan and execute events alongside our partner community.
• Present the value proposition of the Celonis partnership at all levels (up to C-Level).
• Assist partners in their go-to-market initiatives (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, sales activities across various Go-To-Market strategies…).
• Ensure alignment among all relevant stakeholders regarding pursuits in joint accounts.
• Facilitate the technical and sales enablement of partners, coordinating various resources.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of pertinent work experience in partner management, sales, or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs, or regional SIs.
• An ability to inspire others and forge strong relationships at the Executive level.
• A blend of skills to create a comprehensive strategy while also managing daily operational tasks to implement that strategy and enhance our partnerships.
• A strong sales orientation, team spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Academic background in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is preferred.
• Ideally, a robust network within Consulting (Big 4) and System Integrator organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
