Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and pitch to local small and medium-sized businesses within the designated territory.

• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline through various methods, including walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, and local networking.

• Engage business owners in face-to-face meetings and initiate live free trials utilizing their actual business content.

• Oversee the entire sales process from the initial conversation to trial activation and transition to paid services.

• Quickly learn and effectively present the Omada product.

• Monitor daily activities and present account progress during team reviews.

• Enhance close rates on a weekly basis.

• Advance within the field-sales career path and have the potential to build and lead a market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field or outside sales, particularly in face-to-face interactions.

• Demonstrated capability to self-generate leads and build a pipeline from scratch.

• Comfortable approaching businesses without prior introduction.

• Skilled in asking for business, addressing objections on the spot, and securing follow-up steps.

• Self-motivated and disciplined in managing work.

• Ability to operate independently as a 1099 contractor.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work in the territory in person on a daily basis.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
