Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and pitch local small and medium-sized businesses within the assigned territory.

• Manage the entire sales pipeline through walk-ins, door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and local networking.

• Engage with business owners in person and initiate live free trials on-site using their actual business content.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to trial activation and paid conversion.

• Quickly learn and promote the Omada AI product.

• Monitor daily activities, present accounts during team reviews, and enhance close rates on a weekly basis.

• Engage in a two-week apprenticeship by shadowing an experienced Territory Partner, prospecting together, and closing deals with assistance.

• Develop and lead a local market by progressing through the field-sales career ladder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field or outside sales, including direct selling in D2D, B2B field sales, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or related fields.

• Demonstrated capability to self-prospect and establish a pipeline from scratch.

• Comfortable with cold calling into businesses.

• Ability to ask for business, address objections on the spot, and secure a follow-up step.

• Self-disciplined and capable of managing oneself.

• Willing and able to work as a 1099 contractor.

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Capability to work in the territory in person on a daily basis.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
