Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and pitch local SMBs within the assigned territory through walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, and local networking.

• Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from start to finish.

• Conduct face-to-face pitches to business owners and initiate live free trials on the spot using their actual business content.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from the initial conversation to trial activation and transitioning to paid conversions.

• Quickly learn and effectively pitch the Omada product.

• Monitor daily activities, present accounts during team reviews, and enhance closing rates on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field or outside sales with a focus on face-to-face selling, such as door-to-door (D2D), business-to-business (B2B) field sales, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or related fields.

• Demonstrated capability to self-prospect and build a sales pipeline from the ground up.

• Comfortable with cold outreach to businesses.

• Ability to confidently ask for business, manage objections in real-time, and secure the next steps.

• Self-motivated and disciplined individual.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work in the territory in person on a daily basis.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
