Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and pitch local small and medium-sized businesses within the assigned territory.

• Manage and cultivate the sales pipeline through walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, and local networking efforts.

• Engage with business owners in face-to-face meetings and initiate live free trials on the spot using actual business content.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial conversations to trial activation and conversion to paid services.

• Quickly learn and effectively present the Omada product.

• Monitor daily activities, present accounts during team reviews, and enhance close rates consistently each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field or outside sales involving face-to-face interactions, such as door-to-door, B2B field sales, territory sales, retail energy, telecommunications, payments, or similar sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to self-prospect and develop a sales pipeline from scratch.

• Comfortably approach local SMBs by walking into businesses without prior contact.

• Possess a closer's mentality, which includes soliciting business and addressing objections on the spot.

• Strong self-management and discipline skills.

• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work in the territory in person on a daily basis.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
