Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and pitch local small and medium-sized businesses within the assigned territory.

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline through various methods including walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, local networking, and other prospecting techniques.

• Engage with business owners face-to-face and initiate live free trials using their actual business content on the spot.

• Oversee the entire sales process from the initial conversation to trial activation and subsequent paid conversion.

• Quickly learn and effectively present the Omada AI product.

• Monitor daily activities, present accounts during team reviews, and work on enhancing close rates week after week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field or outside sales, particularly in face-to-face selling scenarios such as door-to-door, B2B field sales, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, or payments.

• Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build a pipeline from scratch.

• Capability to approach businesses cold and pitch directly to owners.

• Possess a closer's mentality: actively ask for the business, address objections on the spot, and define actionable next steps.

• Highly self-motivated and disciplined.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Ability to work in-person within the territory on a daily basis.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
