Territory Partner – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Identify, approach, and engage local small and medium-sized businesses within the designated territory.

• Take ownership of the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, utilizing methods such as walk-ins, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct face-to-face pitches with business owners and initiate live free trials using their actual business content.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, starting from the first discussion to trial activation and converting to paid services.

• Quickly learn about and effectively present the Omada AI product.

• Monitor daily activities, present accounts during team reviews, and enhance close rates consistently on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or outside sales with a focus on face-to-face interactions, such as door-to-door, B2B field sales, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or similar industries.

• Demonstrated capability to self-generate leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch.

• Comfortable with cold outreach to businesses.

• Proficient in asking for business, addressing objections in real-time, and securing subsequent steps.

• Self-motivated and disciplined individual.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work in the territory in person on a daily basis.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
