This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Facilitate the adoption of practices, cultivate relationships, and make a tangible impact in Urology Critical Care throughout NSW.
• Enhance BD’s visibility in NSW by merging clinical credibility with a strong commercial focus.
• Establish robust connections with ICU teams, urology surgeons, nurse unit managers, nurses, and procurement professionals.
• Promote the adoption of new products (including PureWick) by confidently engaging prospective customers and identifying potential opportunities.
• Meet sales objectives within the Urology Critical Care portfolio.
• Manage a strategic territory plan with defined goals and prioritized actions.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM data.
• Recognize product, competitive, and clinical trends to shape strategic direction.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists to facilitate product trials, educational programs, and implementations.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand your professional network.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge in Urology and Critical Care.
• Demonstrated sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Clinical or sales experience in ICU, ED, Anaesthetic, or Critical Care Nursing/Technology is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional skills in influencing, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Confidence in initiating and nurturing new customer relationships.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and commercial insight.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent communication abilities, both clinically and commercially.
• Tertiary qualification in healthcare or science is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NSW.
