This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategically oversee business operations in your territory to enhance the Verathon BladderScan ® and CFlex ™ product lines.
• Implement sales strategies and methodologies to capitalize on opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Cultivate new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts by understanding client needs, building rapport, and influencing them through presentations that offer innovative solutions to their challenges.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Drive a high volume of sales activities through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Anticipate your business potential to ensure your sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Stay informed about new industry trends and market dynamics to adapt to changes in demand and strategy. Participate in strategic business planning and execution while providing detailed and accurate sales reports to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must comply with vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for candidates from the northern Los Angeles area (e.g., Thousand Oaks, Burbank).
• Overnight travel commitment of 3-5 nights per month is required for effective territory management, which spans from northern Los Angeles to Monterey.
• Travel outside the assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training may be necessary.
