This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Oversee sales operations within the designated region.
• Offer support to the dealer network and enhance market share in the primary market area.
• Cultivate relationships with dealers by providing support and serving as a valuable resource for clients.
• Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new opportunities (dealers, contractors, private, public, commercial).
• Deliver pre-sales, post-sales, and service assistance.
• Conduct educational and developmental sessions for dealers.
• Address and resolve issues related to product expectations and service perceptions.
• Engage in corporate sales meetings.
• High school diploma or GED is essential; a four-year business degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales and/or building materials is required.
• Experience in the fenestration industry is preferred.
• Understanding of residential construction practices and building materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to forge strong business relationships and appropriate personal connections with business partners.
• Strong skills in three-dimensional thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with modern office procedures, practices, and equipment, including computer usage.
