This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of the disease condition, clinical data, and applicable treatment protocols.
• Develop and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales goals.
• Promote product adoption and ensure compliant usage among designated healthcare providers.
• Assess territory trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to pinpoint opportunities and make necessary adjustments.
• Consistently meet sales targets, call activity expectations, and launch deadlines.
• Keep precise territory documentation and CRM records.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, although other relevant sales experience may be considered.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in cardiometabolic areas, is preferred.
• Previous launch experience is desirable.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and building robust customer relationships.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Exceptional skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced launch environment.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the designated territory.
