This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and oversee a network of potential partners, including pediatric practices, healthcare systems, and community organizations across North Carolina.
• Perform outreach through email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to enhance referrals and admissions.
• Travel frequently to engage with providers, cultivate relationships, and represent Emora Health at significant local events.
• Act as a reliable partner and brand ambassador within the pediatric and wider healthcare community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and partner satisfaction.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships with referral partners, acting as their primary contact.
• Collect feedback from partners and the field to inform service enhancements and direct future growth prospects.
• Relay community-driven insights to internal teams to assist in shaping and expanding Emora Health’s care offerings.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in sales, business development, or a growth-oriented role.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable with regular travel and invigorated by fieldwork.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal abilities and a community-focused mindset.
• Committed to enhancing care access for children and families.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, and enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a new initiative.
• Equity in the company.
• On-target earnings (OTE) of $95,000–$105,000 based on performance.
