This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and expand a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partners.
• Identify and create new partnership opportunities through marketplaces, ecosystem listings (such as Zendesk, Shopify), outbound outreach, and conferences.
• Represent Tidio at various industry events.
• Manage partner onboarding and activation processes.
• Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with partners to enhance retention and growth.
• Monitor partner performance, referrals, and milestone bonuses.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide consistent reporting on partner pipelines and revenue contributions.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to verify payouts and ensure precise commission processing.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting with demonstrated experience in sourcing new partners from the ground up.
• Capability to conduct commercial discovery calls and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Experience in working towards revenue targets and managing a partner pipeline.
• Prior experience representing the organization at industry events, conferences, or trade fairs.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV) and partner performance tracking.
