Territory Manager – Texas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person visits to dog and cat breeders, shelters, rescues, and trainers within the designated territory.

• Provide education and training to potential customers regarding the advantages of the brand, culminating in product sales.

• Ensure adherence to the newly established recommendation portal/PRO App.

• Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the growth of the territory.

• Organize, attend, and participate in events (such as dog and cat shows) across the U.S., including outside the assigned territory as necessary, with a minimum of 12 events per calendar year.

• Serve as a brand ambassador at all times.

• Acquire, comprehend, and promote the complete Farmina catalog.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in outside sales or equivalent relevant experience within the animal health sector.

• Comfortable managing a large territory.

• Overnight and weekend travel is mandatory.

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for territory management.

• Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent relationship-building skills.

• Experience in breeding or shelter work is preferred.

• Must reside within 30 miles of a major airport.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
