This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Accountable for implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on school districts.
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Oversee all sales activities directed towards school districts.
• Establish strong connections with District Tech Directors.
• Collaborate effectively with reseller partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Participate in regional conferences and district summits.
• Monitor competitor products and changes in pricing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure schools receive outstanding service.
• 5-10 years of experience in leading a remote inside sales team.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the education sector.
• Comfort and confidence in presenting to executive leadership.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 60%.
