This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Managing 10–15 client accounts simultaneously, focusing on communication, health, risk management, retention, and upselling.
• Developing comprehensive outbound omnichannel strategies tailored for each client. Ensuring optimal performance, identifying obstacles, and recommending corrective measures.
• Conducting 3–4 client calls daily, encompassing status updates, strategy discussions, challenging conversations, and fully engaging in each interaction.
• Guiding the internal team pod (comprising SDRs, Delivery Lead, and Content Specialist) towards achieving client KPIs, rather than merely reporting on them.
• Addressing escalations when outcomes are lacking: collaborating with the Training Manager and Delivery Lead to foster alignment, not just flagging concerns.
• Balancing individual and team KPIs (50%/50%) and taking responsibility for both.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B lead generation — successfully managing at least 5 concurrent projects, preferably 10 or more.
• Demonstrated full ownership of account health and results, including coordination, support, and genuine accountability.
• Experience managing stakeholders on both client and internal sides: engaging with clients who have high expectations and motivating internal teams rather than just providing updates.
• Capability to remain composed during challenging client discussions and transform conflict into constructive insights.
• Strong time-management skills are essential. With no fixed hours, prioritization is critical, as delays can affect 15 clients significantly.
• Native or C2 proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems is advantageous (we utilize Reply, Nooks, Planhat, HubSpot, Expandi, Slack, Gmail, OpenAI, Claude).
