This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and proactively reach out to new hospital and surgery center accounts within the designated territory to grow Revanix's customer base.
• Develop and deliver persuasive value propositions that illustrate how Revanix's repair services minimize equipment downtime and enhance clinical asset utilization.
• Establish and sustain a robust professional network within the healthcare and biomedical service sector to cultivate referrals and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to comprehend their equipment maintenance challenges and position Revanix solutions as the optimal choice.
• Manage and foster existing client accounts to guarantee high satisfaction, quality of service, and contract renewals.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, coordinating with Revanix's service and technical teams to provide outstanding support.
• Monitor account health, recognize growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, and formulate account plans that drive revenue growth.
• Proactively engage with clients to collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with service delivery expectations.
• Implement market expansion strategies within the Atlanta territory (2-hour radius) and travel monthly to surrounding markets to build relationships and develop the pipeline.
• Analyze territorial performance metrics and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and identify gaps in current market coverage.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create territory-specific strategies that promote both new customer acquisition and account retention.
• Design and deliver impactful presentations that showcase Revanix's repair expertise, ISO certification, and quality standards to hospital administrators and clinical engineering teams.
• Prepare precise sales forecasts and maintain detailed records in our CRM system to enhance pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
• Communicate professionally and convincingly with decision-makers at all levels—from clinical engineers to C-suite executives—tailoring your message to suit each audience.
• Experience in sales and business development, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and account management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to clearly convey technical value to non-technical buyers.
• Ability to work independently to achieve sales objectives while effectively collaborating as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and possessing a positive attitude—particularly vital as you develop your territory and sales pipeline.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Bilingual capability in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical engineering departments, or healthcare procurement processes (preferred).
