This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• The primary objective of this role is to enhance and grow sales within the OR Business Unit, targeting both existing and new clients, while ensuring that the sales targets for the designated territory are achieved and customer requirements are met.
• The individual is expected to conduct sales visits to surgeons across various specialties, as well as to operating room management, nursing staff, and administrative personnel.
• It is essential for the individual to effectively communicate the numerous advantages of utilizing CooperSurgical products in surgical practices and/or operating rooms to these professionals.
• The individual must prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to their Regional Manager promptly and comprehensively.
• The individual is responsible for strategizing and implementing their sales plan to achieve the sales and business objectives within their assigned territory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of proven and verifiable sales experience, ideally within a hospital or operating room setting.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales in previous roles.
• Positive feedback and satisfactory responses from both business and personal references.
• The individual must also keep medical documentation up to date and maintain a solid health profile to meet customer requirements in their territory.
