
Territory Manager – Specialty Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and enhance sales within the OR Business Unit for both existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales calls targeting surgeons across various specialties, along with operating room management, nursing staff, and administrative personnel.
• Articulate the advantages of CooperSurgical products tailored for surgical practices and operating rooms.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive and timely weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Strategize and implement the sales plan to meet sales and business objectives in the designated territory.
• Fulfill product and surgical application training requirements, including passing interim and final examinations.
• Showcase clinical and product expertise, covering proper assembly, usage, clinical application, and maintenance of instrumentation.
• Educate physicians, nursing staff, cleaning, and sterilization teams on correct product usage and upkeep.
• Keep current training certifications and necessary medical documentation updated.
• Travel and operate independently within the assigned territory, including overnight trips when required.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, ideally within the hospital/OR sector.
• Proven track record of increasing sales in previous roles.
• Positive feedback from both business and personal references.
• Must maintain medical documentation and a solid health profile to meet customer requirements within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Completion of product and surgical application training requirements, with successful passing of interim and final exams.
• Up-to-date certification in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives, Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA regulations is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and work autonomously, including overnight travel as needed within the territory.
