Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee operational and technical relationships through face-to-face meetings and telephone communications to implement account strategies.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ environments to ensure optimal utilization of Fiserv solutions.

• Deliver reports detailing achievements and ongoing activities.

• Influence and collaborate cross-functionally on essential initiatives, including incident management and process enhancements.

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures.

• Ensure adherence to system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative responsibilities.

• Lead a team of Account Managers in fostering relationships within their respective communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in customer service and leadership roles.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in project management and leadership is preferred.

• Preferred experience in enterprise problem prevention and resolution.

• Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate sound judgment, and manage complex issues is preferred.
