This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the strategic formulation and implementation of a multi-state business initiative.
• Develop, enhance, and broaden partnerships with agencies.
• Assess agency performance trends and provide ongoing feedback to leadership.
• Advocate for the utilization of UFG digital tools and systems.
• Share insights about territory and performance trends with leadership.
• Bachelor's degree (four years) or equivalent qualifications such as CPCU, CIC, or AU preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, agency distribution, and/or underwriting.
• A strategic mindset with robust analytical skills.
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to influence agency actions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle complex workflows.
• Proficient in rating, quoting, CRM, and automated submission tools.
• Familiarity with insurance, underwriting, rating, coverage, and industry practices.
• Quarterly incentive compensation.
