Territory Manager – Seattle/Portland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Market and sell capital and disposable products.

• Establish and oversee a sales pipeline utilizing qualified leads, referrals, and diverse outreach strategies, while cultivating robust relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, which includes creating sales proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering presentations, all while keeping precise records in the CRM system.

• Deliver in-service education, training, and technical support, and provide timely insights on market trends, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and supporting industry-related trade shows.

• This is a remote position that requires residency in the Greater Seattle, WA or Greater Portland, OR area, with an expected overnight travel requirement of 50% - 65%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling medical devices directly to hospitals.

• Familiarity with achieving sales success through the "concept selling" methodology is an advantage.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management abilities.

• Capability to develop precise forecasts and implement tactical sales strategies.

• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and obtain any/all necessary vaccinations.

• The total compensation range for this role is $185,000–$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
