This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and execute detailed sales strategies for your assigned territory, encompassing both short-term and long-term objectives, market analysis, and tactical actions to create new business opportunities.
• Recognize customer requirements, address inquiries, and deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Discover and chase new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and assessment of potential clients within your designated territory.
• Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and effectively manage leads throughout the sales process.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to highlight the value and advantages of our products.
• Generate precise and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrated sales experience in selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven with a robust motivation to surpass targets and increase revenue.
• Capability and willingness to work remotely and meet customers 3–4 days per week throughout the territory.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).
