
Territory Manager – Residential Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify and engage top national and large regional end users by recognizing key prospects, initiating introductions, and fostering relationships.
• Work in conjunction with key PRO outside and inside sales representatives at Lowe's and THD to provide training and support in selling to targeted end users, empowering them to advocate for SBD brands and drive conversions.
• Establish strategic alliances with national associations by leveraging key retailers, executing targeted promotions, and implementing other programs to boost sales through these retailers.
• Act as the team's expert for a specific trade vertical.
• Identify and connect with significant residential job sites within the region.
• A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in the construction sector may be considered in lieu of higher education.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
