This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide professional advisory services and support to tile retailers
• Cultivate and strengthen existing relationships with trade customers and installation firms
• Take a proactive approach to attract and secure new customers
• Conduct market monitoring, analysis, and provide reports to the Head of Sales
• Meet and exceed established sales targets
• Possess a strong consultative personality with successfully completed commercial/business training or its equivalent
• Experience in field sales within a comparable or similar role is advantageous
• Exhibit a goal-oriented and independent working style, along with a commitment to teamwork
• Required skills include creativity, strong communication, negotiation capabilities, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
• Ideally, candidates should reside within the region
