This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of maintaining and expanding the TASKI business while achieving established targets within the assigned sales territory.
• Foster and sustain strong customer relationships; promote chemical products, machines, equipment, services, and accessories.
• Acquire new customers either independently or collaboratively, considering innovative product concepts and technical systems.
• Offer support on chemicals, equipment, and machinery to specialized wholesale distributors.
• Showcase and demonstrate new products, machines, and systems, while providing training to customer staff and colleagues.
• Strategically organize and manage the territory based on financial KPIs (revenue, SGP, Esta figures, etc.) and compile reports accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including internal and external sales, TCS machine service, application engineering, and other related sectors.
• A completed commercial or technical/vocational education.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, ideally with capital/investment goods.
• Knowledge of chemicals and technical understanding, along with experience in the cleaning industry involving chemical products, machines, and equipment is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, necessary resilience, and an engaging personality.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly skilled in MS Office and ideally possess CRM experience.
