Territory Manager, Paint, Coatings Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Hold primary responsibility for selling coatings to both existing and new distribution partners across the US and Canada.

• Train and support current Industrial Distribution Partners while establishing new Industrial Distribution outlets in the US.

• Offer prompt and informed assistance and guidance to customers.

• Oversee Industrial projects and trials to provide top-tier service and support.

• Engage actively in industry associations to enhance brand visibility and stay updated on trends.

• Collaborate with our technical team on new product development and lab projects to implement growth strategies.

• Manage sales documentation to ensure knowledge is effectively captured and disseminated among the company and customers.

• Coordinate with customer service, factory operations, and the technical lab concerning customer activities.

• Record and publish best practice standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the use of Axalta wood coatings.

• Create a remote Distribution Training Program.

• Provide training to Industrial Distribution Partners on Axalta Finish Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in the Paint and Coatings industry, specifically in Industrial Wood Coatings.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Candidates must successfully complete a Background Check, Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Check.
