• Aids in the creation and execution of sales objectives and strategic planning for existing and prospective accounts.
• Organizes suitable call plans for all NSK industrial distributors and their user markets within the designated territory.
• Prepares and upholds field sales documentation, reports, and customer forecasts.
• Addresses and resolves technical inquiries from NSK customers and their end users.
• Conducts high-quality, opportunity-focused sales calls at NSK Distributors, End Users, and identified Target Accounts.
• Implements effective time and territory management to guarantee comprehensive coverage of the assigned area.
• Utilizes, maintains, and updates Sales Activities and Opportunities using the CRM system daily.
• Implements and oversees critical inventory levels for Key Customers.
• Documents cost savings through the AIP process submitted on a monthly basis.
• Actively pursues sales growth on Strategic Core Accounts in collaboration with all Distributors.
• Engages in the active development of new Target Account opportunities with all Distributors.
• Handles proactive and reactive conflict and complaint resolution, both externally and internally, as necessary.
• Assists in providing product forecasts by part number and by customer, when feasible.
• Preferred experience of 5 years in industrial technical sales.
• Background in selling through industrial distributors or OEMs.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
• Experience in selling within the Heavy Industry (mining and/or metals) is considered an advantage.
• Expertise and application knowledge (engineering, millwright) are regarded as beneficial.
