• Oversee the promotion and sale of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio, which includes stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks technologies, within the designated territory.
• Offer technical and clinical leadership in the catheterization lab during coronary interventions and physiological evaluations, providing support for complex cases.
• Provide advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, maintain, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to influence pricing strategies, facilitate contract negotiations, and promote system-wide adoption.
• Create and implement intricate territory and account plans that consider clinical, economic, and competitive factors.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Travel frequently to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may involve overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of relevant experience*, or an Associate’s Degree with over 6 years of relevant experience*, or a Bachelor’s Degree with over 4 years of relevant experience*
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or similar fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Background in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on complex coronary procedures.
• Capability to build trust with physicians and healthcare leaders by delivering data-driven, customer-centric solutions.
• Strong skills in territory/business planning, including the ability to manage competing priorities, foresee market changes, and implement long-term strategies with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical environments, providing composed leadership during procedures.
• A valid driver's license is a prerequisite for this position.
