• Developing and implementing a comprehensive territory strategy that involves collaboration with hospitals and imaging centers to promote the use of Cerianna for imaging services.
• Positioning Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent specifically for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer, and ensuring its appropriate placement within the breast cancer patient care pathway.
• Identifying key referring healthcare providers, cultivating relationships, and effectively influencing decision-making criteria to enhance awareness and utilization of Cerianna.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to imaging centers and referrers to facilitate access to Cerianna and eliminate obstacles to ordering it.
• Collaborating with reimbursement market access support teams to improve payor contract execution and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Working alongside pharmacy channel partners to achieve product delivery objectives that meet customer expectations.
• Engaging in pre-call planning and in-call inquiries to assess customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive utilization.
• Monitoring the performance and outcomes of the territory plan, and collaborating with cross-functional partners on subsequent action steps.
• Conducting virtual sales and cold calling to both new and existing targets.
• Managing pricing strategies, negotiating prices, overseeing contract compliance, and ensuring adherence to pricing regulations for segment opportunities.
• Forecasting orders and sales for the assigned territory and submitting weekly progress updates.
• Representing the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote our products and brand.
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the goals, needs, workflows, and financial expectations of Imaging Centers and Hospital departments concerning PET imaging.
• Coordinating with Strategic Account Managers on broader healthcare system strategies to drive demand and eliminate barriers to accessing Cerianna.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or valid current certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or relevant experience in the medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, contracting, and supply chain, or relevant clinical experience within a healthcare environment.
• A proven history of sales success, including developing, organizing, and executing sales plans, meeting and surpassing sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and expertise in the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to reside in the designated territory.
• Must be prepared and able to undertake 50% overnight travel.
