đź“‹ Description

• Cultivate, develop, and enhance referral relationships with technology partners, human capital management collaborators, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB sector.

• Establish and expand strategic referral networks and partnerships aimed at lead generation and new partnership prospects.

• Proactively identify and address emerging challenges, providing solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Partner with Partner Marketing to conceive and implement innovative initiatives to boost partner sales (e.g., educational events, email campaigns, webinars, etc.).

• Collaborate with partners to set business objectives and performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in building, developing, and nurturing relationships with technology and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB sector (including territory sales and business development).

• Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment.

• Highly motivated individual contributor with a passion for relationship-building and the ability to operate autonomously.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.

• Resilient—capable of quickly bouncing back from setbacks, resourceful, and adept at finding creative solutions to achieve objectives.

• Solutions-oriented—willing to engage hands-on in managing and resolving operational partnership challenges.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—trusted by others and recognized as an advocate for meaningful causes.

• Tech-savvy—preferably familiar with using Salesforce to manage sales cycles.

• Growth mindset—open to feedback and committed to holding oneself accountable.

• Coachable—able to absorb training, information, and guidance, and successfully implement and execute learnings.

• Willingness to travel and be in the field three days a week.
