This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and uphold a deep understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and pertinent treatment guidelines.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Promote product adoption and ensure compliant usage among targeted healthcare providers.
• Assess territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to pinpoint opportunities and make necessary adjustments.
• Consistently meet sales targets, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Ensure accurate territory reporting and maintain CRM documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, with other relevant sales experience also considered.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in cardiometabolic, is preferred.
• Prior experience with product launches is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales goals and foster strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to convey complex scientific information.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a dynamic, launch-focused environment.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the territory are essential.
