This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, oversee, and expand strategic B2B partnerships throughout the DACH region and beyond.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new partners—from initial outreach to finalized agreements and sustained collaboration.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, encompassing negotiations, onboarding, briefing development, approval procedures, and ongoing relationship management.
• Assess potential partners based on brand compatibility, audience alignment, content quality, and key performance indicators.
• Create and implement innovative partnership concepts and campaigns, emphasizing B2B collaborations alongside revenue-sharing initiatives with influencers.
• Evaluate partnership and campaign effectiveness, extract actionable insights, and continually enhance existing and forthcoming initiatives.
• Propel the establishment of scalable processes within the partnerships team, utilizing automation and workflow improvements.
• Oversee all operational facets of partnerships, including invoicing, documentation, and contract management.
• Work collaboratively across departments with internal stakeholders and external partners to guarantee smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
• Represent the company and network at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Occasionally assist with influencer events and creator activations, depending on team requirements and priorities.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B partnership management, with a robust understanding of the DACH market.
• Effective communicator with the ability to establish genuine relationships and cultivate trust.
• Growth-oriented mindset: curious, ambitious, and always seeking improvement.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Team-oriented individual who flourishes in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Excellent networking abilities and a natural aptitude for connecting with new individuals.
• Outgoing, proactive, and self-assured in engaging with others through various channels (events, calls, email).
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
• High-energy, motivated, and passionate about the influencer marketing field.
• Strong interest in nutrition, fitness, and health.
• Proficient in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
