This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth in assigned accounts through effective retail selling techniques and executing customer plans.
• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Execute with Precision: Guarantee the successful implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within stores.
• Consult and Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales consultation to clients, securing additional opportunities while implementing headquarters programs.
• Strategize for Growth: Customize data-driven sales strategies that align with store demographics and customer needs to promote territory expansion.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong partnerships with store staff to identify opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Optimize Resources: Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf impact and increase sales volume.
• Champion Store Performance: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in conjunction with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Control the Rhythm: Develop and implement an effective store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is required, with a college degree strongly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is necessary, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, highlighting a robust sales background with a solid understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check is required.
