This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and proactively reach out to new hospital and surgery center accounts within the designated territory to broaden Revanix's customer base.
• Create and present persuasive value propositions that illustrate how Revanix's repair services minimize equipment downtime and enhance clinical asset utilization.
• Establish and maintain a robust professional network within the healthcare and biomedical service sectors to foster referrals and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to comprehend their equipment maintenance challenges and position Revanix solutions as the optimal choice.
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to guarantee high satisfaction levels, service excellence, and contract renewals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, collaborating with Revanix's service and technical teams to provide outstanding support.
• Monitor account health, pinpoint growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, and formulate account plans that promote revenue growth.
• Proactively engage with clients to collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with service delivery expectations.
• Implement market expansion strategies within the Fort Lauderdale territory (2-hour radius).
• Analyze territorial performance metrics and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and identify gaps in current market coverage.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to devise territory-specific strategies that encourage both new customer acquisition and account retention.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase Revanix's repair expertise, ISO certification, and quality standards to hospital administrators and clinical engineering teams.
• Prepare precise sales forecasts and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system to enhance pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
• Communicate professionally and convincingly with decision-makers at all levels—from clinical engineers to C-suite executives—tailoring your message to suit each audience.
• Experience in sales and business development, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, and account oversight.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with the capacity to communicate effectively in a healthcare setting that serves a diverse, predominantly Spanish-speaking community.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to clearly convey technical value to non-technical purchasers.
• Capability to work autonomously to achieve sales objectives while collaborating efficiently as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and maintaining a positive outlook—especially crucial as you develop your territory and sales pipeline.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings exceeding $90,000.
