This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and expand new accounts.
• Guide clients in the effective use of products through clear communication.
• Meet sales objectives in both unit sales and revenue, in addition to price targets.
• Continuously assess market conditions within the designated territory and regularly report market insights and trends to management.
• Set and achieve sales forecasts and budgets.
• Implement promotional initiatives (e.g., symposia, seminars) designed to meet district sales goals.
• Regularly propose sales targets, strategies, and forecasts to management, accompanied by written reports and recommendations.
• Develop and suggest promotional initiatives (e.g., symposia, seminars) aimed at fulfilling territory sales goals.
• Collaborate with company personnel and resources to optimize business opportunities while adhering to approved territory expenditure limits.
• Project and uphold a professional company image and presence within the assigned territory through frequent customer visits and attendance at trade shows and surgeon plant visits.
• Recommend and maintain consignment inventories in line with company policies.
• Provide timely monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and any other necessary company documentation.
• Oversee contracts and the collection of receivables for all sales within the territory.
• Keep the sales database updated continuously to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
• Compile necessary reports and deliver customer presentations.
• Must be in the process of obtaining or have already achieved Clinical Trainer Certification for all products.
• Assist management with additional tasks as required.
• Serve as a resource for fellow Associate Sales Representatives.
• Manage the territory expense budget.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in cardiovascular or related medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or an equivalent qualification with specialized sales training.
• Field Clinical experience is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and support colleagues.
• A role model in professional conduct regarding business attire, communication, and customer service.
• Capacity to build and develop professional relationships with hospital staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Suite products.
• Skilled in spreadsheet, graphics, word processing, and other company software.
• Proven ability to sell products that require changes in physician behavior and embrace disruptive technology.
• Capability to achieve targeted outcomes in a multi-level hospital sales environment (C-Suite, Purchasing, Physicians, Nurses).
• Clinical understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time or as needed.
