This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Drive sales within the designated territory, with a strong emphasis on achieving or surpassing growth targets.
• This position is an active sales role, requiring 100% fieldwork with both current and prospective customers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and fostering robust, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor and assess customer product utilization, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and optimize revenue.
• Manage and cultivate business relationships, submitting regular management summary reports as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels such as email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
• Perform individual market analyses to create and execute customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
• Follow up on sales leads while collaborating with the Sales Administration team for smooth client onboarding and integration.
• Collaborate closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless alignment between sales and operations.
• Actively pursue new growth opportunities by going outbound and initiating strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments through participation in internal educational training, reading professional literature, and maintaining personal networks.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven sales record.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and organized.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and sales acumen.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability criteria under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Prioritize appropriate judgment, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
