Territory Manager – Infusion Therapies and Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Meet sales targets across a varied range of products, including Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve volume, product mix, and profit goals.

• Engage with acute-care hospital clients; conduct impactful presentations; and offer product information, demonstrations, and educational support.

• Collaborate closely with the Infusion Systems team and the broader Baxter organization to fulfill goals and objectives.

• Safeguard, service, and expand the current customer base.

• Oversee and enhance Baxter’s GPO contracts.

• Act as a resource for market insights to management and marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of pertinent industry experience.

• Preferred: Three years of experience in medical or hospital sales.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Capability to analyze and interpret data to back effective sales strategies.

• Willingness to travel to both remote and urban areas, either independently or alongside other team members.

• Demonstrated sales success, a strong team spirit, and effective organizational abilities.
